⚠️ No guarantees — provided "as is". The server is offered as-is, with no warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime or availability: the realm may lag, go down, restart, or be taken offline temporarily or permanently at any time, with or without notice.
💾 No data guarantee. Characters, items, gold, progress, achievements, and accounts may be lost, rolled back, wiped, or reset at any time due to bugs, crashes, maintenance, database issues, or staff decisions. Nothing here is permanent or guaranteed. Play for the fun of it — don't treat your progress as something you own or are owed.
☕ Donations are voluntary tips — not purchases. Any contribution through Ko-fi is a voluntary gift to help cover costs and support the project. It is NOT a payment for a service, product, subscription, or in-game goods, and it does not buy, guarantee, or entitle you to anything. Donating creates no contract and no obligation on our part.
🪙 Battle Coins / perks are a thank-you, not a product. Any Battle Coins or in-game perks granted after a donation are a discretionary thank-you for supporting the project — not a purchase, not a product, and with no real-world value. They can change, be removed, or be lost like any other in-game data. Because donations are gifts and not purchases, they are non-refundable.
